Munich, 30. September 2021 – The Management Board of ZAR Real Estate Holding GmbH & Co. KG is delighted to have the expertise of Timo Tschammler as a member of its Advisory Board.

ZAR Real Estate Holding is continuing its growth course. And to maintain this success, the Munich real estate developer has acquired the expertise of an external senior advisor, in the person of Timo Tschammler. Tschammler is also the first member to be appointed to the new Advisory Board alongside company founder Marco Zarges. Tschammler is a recognised real estate expert who has been actively involved in the German and European property industry for more than 25 years, most recently as CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Following his corporate career at leading international real estate consultancy companies, the 44-year-old Timo Tschammler began a new chapter as a non-executive adviser with his company TwainTowers, which was founded last year. “ZAR Real Estate Holding’s exciting project portfolio really sparked my interest. I am happy to have the chance to advise and support such an innovative company,” says Timo Tschammler.
