What will you be doing?

• Building cash flow models and performing financial and profitability analyses
• Preparing market and location analyses as well as investment memoranda
• Conducting research to support ongoing acquisition and development projects
• Supporting acquisition and disposal processes (due diligence, Q&A, data room management, etc.)
• Contributing to investment committee materials for new acquisitions
• Attending meetings and conference calls, including preparation and follow-up

What are we looking for?

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics or a related field (from the third semester onwards)
• Previous practical experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Supporting budget planning and budget control activities
• Conducting research to support ongoing projects

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the Finance team with day-to-day tasks (ad hoc requests, presentations, data preparation, etc.)
• Assisting the Finance team and senior management in gathering information on complex topics, including ESG and related capital market and investor requirements for the company and development projects
• Supporting the optimisation and development of workflows and business processes
• Contributing to the further development of business planning, particularly KPI reporting and accounting-related analyses
• Assisting in the implementation of management reporting (visual presentation, KPI definition and tracking)
• Supporting improvements to filing systems and master data maintenance
• Monitoring daily cash balances and supporting updates to weekly liquidity planning
• Gaining exposure to other business areas (Transactions / Development), including support with acquisitions and exits, preparation of investment memoranda, review of development invoices, and related tasks
