Trainees
In the field of transactions and development, minimum 3 months, ideally 6 months

DUTIES:

• Compiling developer calculations and cost-effectiveness analyses
• Compiling market and site analyses and investment memorandums
• Research activities for ongoing project developments and acquisition projects
• Support in sale and acquisition processes (due diligence, Q&A, data room management, etc.)
• Support in budget administration and management
• Participation in the compiling of decision papers for ongoing projects and new acquisitions.
• Participation in meetings and telephone conferences, etc. including preparation and follow up

Requirements:

• Student of real estate administration or real estate economics, business administration, economics, or similar (from the 3rd  semester)
• Initial practical experience in the real estate sector desirable
• Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Your strengths should include a high degree of precision, reliability and responsibility. You enjoy working in a team, have a structured working style and display great commitment and initiative in performing your duties.

• Insight into the overall transaction process with a focus on generating deals
• Research and presentation of real estate market information
• Compiling acquisition calculations for valuating plots and existing properties
• Participation in overall due diligence process, inspection and assessment of data rooms
• Support in compiling investment submissions

Requirements:

• Student of economics or real estate
• Initial practical experience desirable
• Very good MS Office skills
• Distinct communicative ability, organisational talent and a solutions-oriented approach to work

• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English

Working Student (m/f/d) in the area of Finance 

TASKS:

• Supporting the team with daily tasks (ad hoc tasks, presentations, data preparation etc.)
• Supporting the finance team and the management in gathering information on complex issues, including, but not limited to, the current topic of ESG and the resulting requirements of the capital market and potential investors for the company and project development; support in deriving decisions for action and implementation steps
• Support in the introduction and improvement of business processes
• Support in the further development of business planning
• Support in the introduction of management reporting (graphical presentation, KPI definition and tracking)
• Support in process implementations, optimisation of the filing system and master data maintenance
• Support with account analyses, reconciliations and adjustments
• Tracking of daily cash balances and support in updating weekly liquidity planning
• Supporting work in Treasury
• Insights into other business areas (Transaction / Development).

REQUIREMENTS:

• University student in a business or real estate related course of study.
• First practical experience in the real estate sector desirable
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English
• High degree of accuracy, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Team player
