Luxembourg, 29/09/25 – Net Zero Properties S.A. (NZP), a portfolio company of ZAGA Capital Partners and exclusively advised by investment manager ZAR Real Estate, is consistently pursuing its expansion and acquisition strategy. With the acquisition of a further residential portfolio comprising nearly 600 units in Northern Germany, NZP continues to strategically expand its holdings. Completion of the transaction is scheduled for later this year. At the same time, three additional acquisitions are already in execution and are expected to be completed in 2025.
