Director Finance

Philipp Hummel is responsible for financing, capital structuring, and execution across acquisitions and strategic sales. In 2023 and 2024, he closed more than EUR 500 million in senior financing and EUR 130 million in junior financing for ZAR, and structured over EUR 500 million in promissory note loans to support project developments.

Philipp holds a Master’s degree in Management from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
