As Head of Development & ESG, Maximilian Weck is responsible not only for comprehensive project development, including the creation of planning and building rights, but also for implementing energy refurbishment measures as part of our Manage to ESG strategy for residential portfolio properties. Maximilian Weck has more than eight years of professional experience in the real estate industry – both as a project developer across all phases of the HOAI, with a focus on securing planning and building rights, and as a technical asset manager. Prior to joining ZAR, he worked at KM-Wohnbau Baubetreuung GmbH in project development, where he was responsible for the acquisition analysis of development sites and existing properties as well as the establishment of building rights.
