Martin Hofmann is CEO and Managing Director of ZAR Real Estate Holding and has a wealth of experience from over 20 years in the real estate industry. Before joining our team, the 47-year-old had spent thirteen years in management positions at JLL Germany, where his final role as Head of Project and Development Services put him in charge of technical consultancy services and project management in CEE and German-speaking Europe. With a team of 150 employees, he realised an annual construction volume of over 1 billion euros. Martin Hofmann is responsible for the strategic development of the ZAR platform.
