Marco Zarges is Chairman of the Advisory Board as well as sole shareholder and founder of ZAR Real Estate Holding. As an entrepreneur and investor, Mr Zarges has a broad range of expertise in real estate investment, financing and project development. His vision of ZAR Real Estate as a leading sustainable project developer in Germany is leading the company towards becoming a veritable project developer in the field of building law, realisation and portfolio. His track record has grown steadily over the past 15 years through investments in portfolio and project developments. In total, his direct investment volume amounts to around 2 billion euros.
