As the Director of Development, Alexa Zerbe is responsible for the acquisation and conceptualisation of real estate developments in western Germany as well as for obtaining the necessary planning permission, leasing properties and executing the projects.

Alexa Zerbe is an architect, real estate economist (EBS) and project manager who can look back on over 20 years in the international real estate industry.
Her career has taken her to places such as Berlin, Cologne, Moscow, London, Munich and Düsseldorf, where she has worked for some of the world’s leading companies in the field of real estate consulting (e.g. Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, AOS Studley and Colliers International).
Before joining our team, Alexa Zerbe had been working as the General Manager of AOS Studley and then Colliers International, where she was responsible for developing and improving the areas of workplace consulting, change management, organisational consulting and project management. During this time, she advised DAX companies and leading medium-sized companies on strategic real estate projects.
