Victor Stritt acted as deal captain for the predominant portion of approximately 14,000 residential units and executed around EUR 1.0 billion of residential and commercial acquisitions and block sales, spanning the full investment lifecycle from acquisition and asset management execution to exits. His experience further includes approximately EUR 250 million in construction and development projects.

Prior to joining ZAR, Victor served as a Senior Manager at FidCap Group and previously worked as an M&A Consultant at BDO, where he built a strong foundation in transaction advisory, financial analysis, and strategic deal execution.
