Head of Development & ESG

As Head of Development & ESG, Maximilian Weck is responsible for overseeing all phases of the development process. He brings more than eight years of experience in the real estate industry, having worked both as a project developer across all stages of the development cycle, with a particular focus on securing planning and building rights, and as a technical asset manager.

Prior to joining ZAR Real Estate, Maximilian worked in project development at KM-Wohnbau GmbH, where he was responsible for the acquisition due diligence of development sites and existing properties, as well as for obtaining planning permissions and developing marketing strategies.
